I’ve recently moved to Nambucca Heads on the NSW Mid North Coast, and I’m very happy to be offering Yoga classes at my home studio in Nambucca.
Tuesday 2.00 – 3.30pm
RESTORATIVE YOGA – breath, deep relaxation, passive supported poses, still, quiet, calming, gentle, receptive, restorative, yin
Thursday 10.00 – 11.30am
HATHA YOGA – breath, energy, focus, balance, active and passive poses, fluid movement, strength, relaxation, yang and yin
Thursday 6.00 – 7.30pm
HATHA YOGA – breath, energy, focus, balance, active and passive poses, fluid movement, strength, relaxation, yang and yin
Classes run for 1.5 hours – 90 minutes
$20 CASH
$15 CONCESSION
